Each country section in our book will feature a profile of a real citizen (see the “View book” section). If you would like to represent your country and be featured in the book, please fill out this form. We will include your submission in the selection process.

If you are not selected, your data will not be shared and will be permanently deleted.

If your country does not appear in the drop-down list, it means that a representative has already been selected.
